Terms and conditions for private lessons booked via APORA

These terms apply to bookings of private lessons made through the APORA booking system.

Available lesson times are shown in the calendar.

An appointment is only considered booked once the booking has been successfully completed and confirmed in the system.

The respective lesson duration is shown with the bookable appointment or the relevant offer.

The prices displayed in the booking system at the time of booking apply.

For lesson packages, vouchers or special promotions, the conditions stated with the respective offer apply in addition.

Lesson packages, vouchers and special offers may have their own validity periods and conditions.

These conditions must be clearly shown to the customer before purchase or redemption.

Where the function is available, customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments through their customer account.

The applicable cancellation conditions must be visible before the booking is completed.

If the customer arrives late, the actual lesson time may be shortened accordingly.

An extension of the booked appointment because of a late arrival cannot be guaranteed.

If a customer does not attend a confirmed appointment without cancelling in time, the cancellation conditions shown during the booking process apply.

If a confirmed lesson cannot take place due to the trainer, a replacement appointment will be offered where possible.

Payments already made or lesson units used remain valid or are credited accordingly, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details and for protecting their login credentials against unauthorised access.

Changes to these terms generally apply only to future bookings, unless otherwise permitted by law.
